Dr. Faustino Bernadett - Nonprofit Spotlight CCEJ
Dr. Faustino Bernadett and his wife Dr. Martha Molina Bernadett are supporters of California Conference for Equality and Justice (CCEJ) and are glad to highlight them in this Nonprofit Spotlight.
So, what is CCEJ?
At CCEJ they respond to hate and discrimination by building cultures of connection, respect, and accountability.
Their programs are focused on raising awareness, facilitating dialogue, healing conflicts and bridging differences. Their Building Bridges for Youth programs give young people a safe place to talk about culture and conflict, a place where they are valued and listened to. CCEJ helps youth to build confidence and skills for communication and leadership.
By embracing differences and striving for understanding, CCEJ seeks to build a unified, peaceful and inclusive Southern California, with justice for all.
Dr. Faustino Bernadett and his wife Dr. Martha Molina Bernadett have a long history in Long Beach, where CCEJ is located.
Through their foundation The Molina Foundation, their mission is to reduce disparities in access to education and health. They achieve their mission by working hand-in-hand with community-based organizations in vulnerable communities. CCEJ is one of these organizations.
The Molina Foundation partners with preschool programs, clinics, schools, family service organizations, churches, and other civic organizations serving low-income and at-risk families.
They have a special focus on working with organizations which are making measurable impact in the lives of children and families.
