Faustino Bernadett and his wife, Dr. Martha Molina Bernadett, have been longtime supporters of the Assistance League of Long Beach, an organization dedicated to empowering and transforming lives through impactful community programs. One of the organization’s flagship programs, CAMEO, provides mentoring, enrichment workshops, internships, and financial support to high-achieving students from underserved backgrounds in the Long Beach Unified School District high schools and Long Beach City College. Through one-on-one guidance, these students gain confidence, life skills, and the resources needed to succeed academically and personally.

Dr. Bernadett’s connection to CAMEO runs deep. Introduced to the program through Dr. Martha Molina Bernadett’s aunt, Rosi Pedersen, a longtime member and two-term chair of CAMEO, Faustino has actively supported the organization alongside his wife for years. Their dedication reflects a shared commitment to education, mentorship, and expanding opportunities for the next generation of leaders in the community.

This November, the Assistance League of Long Beach will host its annual Holiday Boutique, a signature event that brings the community together while supporting the organization’s programs. The event, taking place from November 8–9, 2025, will feature festive shopping, unique handmade gifts, and opportunities to connect with local artisans. Proceeds from the boutique directly benefit programs like CAMEO, ensuring students and families continue to receive crucial support and mentorship. Faustino “Tino” Bernadett is proud to champion this event, helping the community celebrate while making a tangible impact on young lives.

The Assistance League of Long Beach offers a wide range of programs beyond CAMEO, including scholarships, school uniform drives, and affordable orthodontic care. With more than 800 dedicated members, the organization has been making a meaningful difference in the Long Beach community since its founding in 1940.

Supporting CAMEO and other Assistance League programs is a way to help students thrive, build confidence, and reach their potential. Join Tino and Dr. Martha Bernadett in supporting this impactful organization by contributing today or attending the upcoming Holiday Boutique to experience the power of community firsthand.
