Dr. Faustino Bernadett is highlighting St. Albert the Great Catholic School in this Nonprofit Spotlight.
St. Albert the Great Catholic School is an academic community rooted in the Catholic faith. It shares with parents, who are their children's primary educators, the Church's educational mission. The students grow and learn within a caring and faith-filled parish community. Under the guidance of St. Albert The Great faculty and parents, students experience and develop Christian attitudes and behaviors of self-discipline, respect, and responsibility towards themselves, their families, and their community.
St. Albert the Great Catholic School is in Rancho Dominguez, California.
The school consists of three different programs: preschool, elementary, and middle school.
Throughout all their programs their educational philosophy is:
We as educators, believe that every child has the need to be formed spiritually, to love and be loved, to achieve according to his/her abilities, talents, and desires; to which is based on self-respect, self-confidence, and self-discipline guided by a Christian way of life.
The faculty strives to foster the growth and maturation of the child through Christian formation, pursuit of academic excellence, and the cultivation of a positive attitude toward self and others.
